Recently, my morning and evening routines have become my landmarks for every day and I’m really precious about what I do and don’t do within that time. Since not going into the office each day, I’ve really enjoyed getting some extra time back which is usually sucked up with the daily commute and am making the most of it by taking some extra time to relax and start or end my days in the best way for me. Continue reading “My favourite ways to unwind after a day WFH”
So the majority of the country are working from home at the moment and I don’t know about you but I have been inundated with WFH tips, tricks and ideas from online magazines, bloggers and healthcare providers to name just a few. I have found it really useful to read how different people are adjusting to the change or even how seasoned home workers have been balancing their daily routine for years. I think for most of us it’s a new and uncertain time, so it’s good to share best practice and be able to change and learn as we go. Fashion and style is a part of our everyday lives, whether you like to think it is or not. Each morning when you pick out what top to wear, or which shoes are most appropriate for the day you are making a conscious decision on how to style yourself for the day ahead. Every time you buy a new pair of jeans, whether that be from the high street, the supermarket, a charity/thrift store or a premium design house, you are buying into the fashion industry and the many different elements within it. Continue reading “Why it’s important to have the Confidence to Be Yourself with Fashion & Style”
You might remember back in October I wrote about Fast Fashion and its effects as one of the largest polluters to the planet, only second to the oil industry. I also wrote about my desire to make some changes to my own shopping and lifestyle habits to reduce my consumption and also my use of Fast Fashion products, so 3 months on it’s time for a little update… Continue reading “Where to shop for Sustainable Fashion on the High Street”
First and foremost, Happy New Year gang! I can’t believe it’s 2019. I know we say that every, single new year, but IÂ honestly feel like 2018 has just flown by and I also feel like I got a little left behind in the process. Continue reading “Back to Blogging”
