Another Spring Worthy Jacket

I’ll admit it, I have WAY too many jackets and coats. I just cannot stop buying them, whatever the season, I will use a jacket as my statement piece and to complete any outfit I put together. You know those people that will be absolutely boiling hot, but won’t take off their jacket because it makes the outfit – yeh, that’s me.

So yes, I already have a trench coat but what I don’t have is a cropped trench and that’s where this little beaut comes in. It’s an ideal length for when the warmer weather comes along (if we ever get any) and has some very cute features, like the tie detail arms and tortoise shell buttons.

I’m quite a fan of this entire outfit as it combines some of my favourite, newer pieces in my wardrobe. These faux leather trousers from ASOS are slightly baggy and cropped with an elasticated waistband so they are a more casual take on the faux leather trouser. They are mega comfy and go with pretty much anything, in place of a pair of black jeans.
We’ve seen my PU baker boy hat a few times now and i’ve vowed to take it as far into Summer with me as is humanly possible.
