The Topshop Tie Front Dress

So I saw this dress a while back and absolutely loved it at first glance, I don’t know why but I didn’t buy it until about a week ago and I’ve already worn it twice. I think I knew it would be one of those things I wouldn’t stop wearing purely because I couldn’t stop thinking about how much I wanted it.

This dress is from Topshop, it buttons up the front and has a rather long split up the centre. Before I tried it on, I was worried that it would cling to all the bits I don’t want it to, but the cut is absolutely perfect. It skims the hips and falls in such a flattering way and it also moves beautifully as you walk.

I recently wore it with some tie up sandals and a stranger came over to compliment how much she loved my outfit – I mean, pairing it with some sandals didn’t take much from my part so I 100% give all credit to the dress itself as it really is lovely.

I chose this dark grey colour, so that I can take it through to Autumn with some boots and a leather jacket but it is available in other colours and prints including khaki, blush pink, mustard and red (which is very firmly on my holiday Wishlist).
