Another Day, Another Jacket

If you know me, or have been following my blog from the start you will no doubt have seen that I have a love for Jackets, more to the point – statement style jackets.

Although I will try and push myself to wear colourful outfits, or pattern and print, most of the time I gravitate to black or monochrome on a day to day basis, so it’s essential for me to have something to wear that will make my outfit less boring and a little more ‘stand-out’. I love any type of statement piece to add to an outfit; a jacket, pair of shoes, a bag or even a hat can completely change a look and I think this little fringe number from Zara absolutely does the job perfectly.

We all know that living in England, you can never venture too far without a jacket and this is one you could carry round so easily then throw on over denim shorts or a dress without losing your sense of style.

I styled the jacket here with my ripped ASOS jeans as it was a tad chilly and these buckled sandals – also ASOS – which are my absolute fave right now. I bought them for my holiday and haven’t taken them off since. They are so comfy and go with basically everything in my wardrobe (or so i think).
