Judging from the colours in this OOTD you wouldn’t automatically assume it was a Summertime pick, but for someone that feels most comfortable and to be honest – LOVES – wearing all black, this is a proud step towards ‘wearing more colour’.
So far this year, I’ve probably experienced 5 days of actual sunshine and warmer temperatures where I live so I’m really trying to dress for Summer but the trusty boots and hat sometimes have to come along to shield me from those unexpected rain showers.
Anyway, this dress is another Zara number (shock) and it’s so easy to wear. You will see from the majority of my posts that I like my clothes ~easy~ and this one could not be more so, as it fastens up the front with POPPERS, yessssss! I love the fact I don’t have to faff with 20 buttons when I’m half asleep in the morning and the other thing I love in any item of clothing is pockets, and this little beaut has 3 of them – 3!
The dress is a warm khaki colour and the fabric is so soft, it falls just right and doesn’t cling anywhere it shouldn’t. It’s honestly such an easy everyday summer dress – waheyyy to Zara once again!
