What I Wore: Dublin #2

Happy Wednesday evening my loves.! I hope this week is treating you well and if not, it will hopefully start to improve now we are past the mid-way mark. I’ve spent the majority of the week torturing myself reminiscing of Dublin and saying ‘Ahhhh this time last week we were…’ – yes driving myself and everyone around me crazy.

So as I am still very much in the Irish mind set, I thought I would share with you another of my Outfit of the Day posts from our little trip.I don’t think I’ve mentioned this yet, but the weather was amazing for the whole time we were there and in fact, the sun only stopped shining when we were on the way back to the airport to fly home – maximum girlfriend points for me!

Anyway, the glorious weather on this particular day fitted in well with a booking I had made for us at Sophies – which is a rooftop restaurant and bar at the top of The Dean hotel on Harcourt Street. I have included a couple of photos for a sneak peak but I’ll enlighten you more about the place itself another time, for now let’s focus on the outfit.

Slogan Tee’s and Denim Jackets are two of my absolute staples right now and I wear them whenever, and wherever appropriate. There is something about them that I feel suits my personal style so well. I love that slogan t-shirts can be styled up or down and take you from day to night time so easily.

I love to wear a red lip with this one from Topshop, as it brings out the colour of the slogan text. I paired it with a leather look mini skirt, my Converse All Stars and tortoise shell sunnies for a casual day time look.
